For Parents
At Kid Country St Johns Early Learning Centre we acknowledge and respect the values, needs and aspirations that you have for your child. We encourage parents/whanau to spend time at our Centre to discuss any queries or questions you may have. Please bear in mind that the beginning and end of the day can be our busiest times.
Parents/friends and members of the community will have the opportunity to come to the centre and share a skill with the children e.g cooking, art Te Reo Maori, and crafts etc. We also hold open days for parents, grandparents, caregivers and interested others to visit the Centre and be involved in the daily lives of our children.
Parent/whanau evenings are held periodically to provide an opportunity for staff and parents/whanau to discuss the program being offered and to listen to guest speakers e.g. Primary School Teachers. From time to time we will conduct parent/whanau surveys to seek your feedback. Constructive comments and suggestions are always welcome.
